A fleet of world-class German and Italian woodworking machinery — the same equipment used by Europe's leading furniture brands.
Every modular kitchen and wardrobe that leaves Mamma's Kitchen & Wardrobes is produced in our Kirti Nagar workshop on the machines listed below. This is why our finish, fit and alignment are years ahead of traditional carpentry.

“CNC-controlled board cutting — the first step of every masterpiece.”
The Biesse Selco EB75 is a fully computer-controlled beam saw — the CNC cutting machine that sizes every sheet of plywood, MDF and HDHMR board used in our furniture. A programmable pusher loads the sheet, the pressure beam locks it in place, and the blade delivers perfectly straight, chip-free cuts to an accuracy of ±0.1 mm. This is how every cabinet panel, shutter blank and back-panel begins its journey through our factory. With optimised cutting patterns programmed directly from our CAD designs, we achieve near-zero wastage and consistently square panels — the absolute foundation of factory-built furniture.
Homag, Germany
“PVC-tape edging for a seamless, waterproof panel edge.”
Once a panel is cut, every exposed edge must be sealed. Our Homag Optimat 6.5P throughfeed edge bander does exactly that — it bonds a PVC edge tape onto every panel edge using a hot-melt adhesive system, then automatically trims, scrapes, buffs and polishes the joint. The result is a zero-line, waterproof edge that looks factory-finished, cannot peel, and protects the core from moisture for years. This is the single biggest difference between factory-built furniture and carpentry-site work — a perfectly sealed edge that ages gracefully through years of Delhi summers, monsoons and winters.
Laminate Pressing Machine
“50 tonnes of uniform pressure for a bond that lasts a lifetime.”
Our 50-ton hydraulic cold press is the laminate pressing machine that bonds decorative laminates, veneers and acrylic sheets onto BWR/BWP plywood cores. It applies an even, distortion-free load across the full surface of the panel — the secret to perfectly laminated boards with zero bubbles, zero voids and no surface ripple. Uniform pressure is what separates a factory-grade laminated panel from a carpentry-shop board that de-laminates within a few seasons. Every one of our laminate, veneer and acrylic panels is pressed under this machine for the engineered dwell time — so what you receive is a board that will stay perfect for decades.
Precision Machining
“Computer-controlled precision — design it, we machine it.”
Our CNC router transforms digital designs into physical components with sub-millimetre accuracy. It nests multiple cabinet parts onto a single panel for maximum material efficiency, then cuts, grooves, drills and carves each piece in one automated cycle. From decorative shutter profiles and custom grooves to fluted panels and intricate acrylic detailing, the CNC router handles shapes no hand-tool ever could. If you can imagine it in CAD, our CNC router can produce it — consistently, repeatedly and at production scale.
Homag, Germany
“Hinge boring & Mini-Fix drilling — perfectly aligned, every time.”
The Homag 3-head multi-boring machine is the drilling workhorse of our factory. It drills every cabinet for hinge boring (35 mm cup holes), Mini-Fix and Minifix cam-lock holes, dowel holes and shelf-pin lines — all three directions simultaneously, all aligned to the 32 mm European pitch. This is the machine that makes our doors close softly, our cam-locks click straight, our drawers slide true and our shelves sit perfectly level, year after year. Without this machine, perfectly aligned cabinets are virtually impossible on a production scale — and that is why carpenter-site work simply cannot match a factory build.
“We don't manufacture furniture by hand and hope for the best — we engineer it on machines built for generations.”
